TACK: A Novel TArgeting Chimeras Knowledge Dataset

Code and data release accompanying the TACK paper (KDD 2026): aggregation and harmonisation of three public PROTAC repositories into a single dataset, plus the statistical benchmarking pipeline used to compare degradation activity models (XGBoost, MLP, PROTAC-STAN) with proper scaffold-based cross-validation and significance testing.
